Zumba is exercise in disguise! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to get moving the fun way.
Nina was trained 8 years ago and has been teaching Zumba to people of all abilities since then. It is a dance fitness program that combines the elements of fitness, all to invigorating music to get everyone moving to the beat.
Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated....and your sense of FUN!
