Warrah’s group homes are all well located across North West Sydney. Proximity to public transport is a priority to support residents to build and maintain community networks.

Warrah Group Homes are renowned for their warmth and homeliness. Staff support residents to take pride in their home keeping and each house is uniquely furnished. All cottages are air-conditioned and offer a generous kitchen, purpose designed accessible bathrooms, laundry and multiple shared living spaces. Hobby/games areas are ideal for relaxing or entertaining family and friends. Bedrooms are personalised by the resident.

Through Warrah’s tailored person centred planning process, we strive to understand each individual’s needs and aspirations. Supports are designed to empower each person to make choices, develop and contribute. We focus with each resident on creating a real home that is warm and supportive, and each individual’s daily plan of activities is unique to them. Residents participate in weekly house meetings where group decisions are formed and our approach to care and lifestyle support is personalised.

Warrah Group Homes are staffed with 24 hour support and staff ratios are tailored to the individual and group needs of the household. Staff have a genuine commitment to their work and carry values of mutual learning, empathy and respect supporting residents in areas of personal care, cooking, home keeping, transportation, shopping, budgeting, health, medical and behavioural support, leisure, cultural, religious and community life.
