"Warrah" derives its name from an Aboriginal word meaning "it's raining". Rain is an essential element for growth. The image of the rain-cycle is one of change and transformation.

Warrah - Philosophy

Website Disclaimer

The Philosophy of Warrah is based on the work of Dr. Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925), the Austrian born philosopher, artist, educator and spiritual researcher.

He is the founder of Anthroposophy which he called "awareness of one's humanity". His insights have been fruitfully applied in many fields, including psychology, education, agriculture, the arts, medicine and therapies, and the social sciences, giving rise to a conscious understanding of the spiritual foundations of modern life.

Rudolf Steiner died on 30th March, 1925 surrounded by new beginnings. He was not concerned to bring old teachings in new forms, or to promulgate doctrines of any kind, but to nurture a path of knowledge in freedom and of love in action which can meet the deep and pressing needs of our time.

Anthroposophical work and training centres exist worldwide.
