Delia Gray

Chief Executive Officer

Delia joined Warrah as CEO in January 2023. Delia brings to Warrah her diverse experience across the disability, rehabilitation, and aged care sectors. She started her career as an Occupational Therapist working in Australia, England, and Ireland. Returning to Australia she has worked in senior management roles, as Director of Allied Health and as General Manager in public, private, and government sectors. Delia also has experience on the School Council for a school that focused on supporting young people to complete their education with a trade and apprenticeships. Delia has a proven track record of strategic development and helping organisations reach their long-term goals. She is passionate about supporting and encouraging people to realise their full potential.

Alida Pruys

Executive Manager - Community Services

Alida has a long association with Warrah and early in her career worked as a residential support worker in Warrah’s group homes. Returning to Warrah in 2015 she established and coordinated the Discovery program before becoming a member of Warrah’s management team. Alida has over 20 years experience in the disability sector, predominantly working in case management and leadership roles in organisations inspired by Anthroposophy. She has undertaken training in Social Therapy and holds Disability and Management qualifications. Alida is a committed and passionate advocate for the rights of people with a disability.

Anna Hay

Executive Manager - People and Culture

Anna joined Warrah in July 2020. With a degree in psychology and business, Anna is an experienced leader in People and Culture, with expertise in recruitment, organisation development, performance, wellbeing and employment relations. Anna’s strength lies in her diverse industry experience and ability to customise solutions to meet organisational needs. Having also established and managed her own franchised business for several years, Anna truly understands the importance of people and culture in shaping Warrah’s community and future success.

Anna Wetzel

School Principal and Executive Manager

Anna joined Warrah’s executive leadership team as School Principal in Term 4 2021. She is Steiner educated, and her professional experience spans diverse education systems in Germany, New Zealand, and Australia. While working fulltime as a teacher in Germany, she gained an additional Master of Inclusion and Communication and a Graduate Diploma in Steiner Education. Learning through engagement and a strong focus on outdoor learning are pedagogical priorities of Steiner education that are reflected perfectly in her own ambitions, beliefs and experience.

Kathryn Bannister

Executive Manager - Disability Services

Kathryn joined Warrah in 2023 in the position of Executive Manager, Disability Services. Kathryn brings 15 years’ experience in the not for profit sector across various roles in service delivery, senior leadership, organisational change, project management, service design, innovation and social enterprise. With a diverse skill set in social services, Kathryn is passionate about supporting people to explore their potential, build capability, reflect on practice, and listen for shared understanding to ensure no opportunity is overlooked.

Ojas Mehta

Executive Manager - Business Services

Ojas joined Warrah in 2021 in the position of Commercial Manager and was appointed as a member of the Executive Team in 2022. With a Bachelor in Computer Application and MBA in Strategic Planning, Ojas has previously held financial leadership positions requiring strong business partnering with internal, government, and commercial stakeholders. Ojas brings extensive knowledge across the not-for-profit, NDIS, Investment Banking, Quality Management, Project Management, and the Shared Service sector, which will be invaluable in shaping Warrah’s future financial strategies and policies.
